I don't know about you, but whenever I hear someone start to vent or negatively spiral, my automatic response is to try and start problem solving. The problem is, sometimes that isn't what people are really needing in that moment; they just need a place to blow off some steam. This week's episode is for those people like me, who to to put a positive spin on everything, even when allowing a bit of negativity in the space can actually be more helpful. This doesn't mean that negativity is always the answer, but providing a listening ear can be the best medicine on occasion.
