Ep.64 Starting a Gratitude Practice

This week's episode is inspired by my wonderful trip to Hawaii to visit one of my best friends, CC. She was such a gracious hostess that filled me with gratitude. I was reflecting on my trip and how good I felt afterwards, and wanted to share my gratitude practice becuase of how good it makes me feel. 
Practicing gratitude actually has psychological benefits for both the person giving and receiving the gratitude, so if you don't already, maybe you should incorporate a gratitude practice into your daily life!
It couldn't hurt to try (:
