We are all familiar with the concept of a person's IQ, a person's reasoning ability, but have you ever heard of an EQ? Our EQ/EI, emotional intelligence, unlike our IQ, can be greatly improved with some conscious effort.
This week's episode is part 1 of a two part series dedicated to the concept of EQ and how we can increase our own emotional intelligence. I kick off the series by explaining the 4 main traits of emotional intelligence and shed some light into what those look like.
