Are you familiar with the term Cognitive Dissonance? Many people are not, but it is a feeling we experience, to varying degrees, almost everyday. In this week's episode, we explore the concept of cognitive dissonance, how it presents itself, unhelpful ways we often deal with it, and I provide you with some mindful ways to handle these uncomfortable emotions.
I also want to make sure you don't view cognitive dissonance as a completely negative aspect of our lives; it requires us to do some much needed soul searching that we are all due for!
